Apartment in the old warehouse

The apartment is on the mezzanine floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the base of the house was built at the end of the 16th Century. The half-timbered house above was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated to a high standard in recent years. All inner walls of the house's outer shell are made of clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

The apartment is divided into a small entrance area with a subsequent living and dining area with an open kitchen. A small hallway leads to the 3 separate bedrooms, with 2 bedrooms the bathroom can be reached directly from the room and from the third bedroom (largest) the bathroom is reached via the hallway. The equipment includes a very well equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, W-LAN / Airprint printer and much more.

The apartment is only approx. 100 m from the next tram stop (with connection to the train station and airport).
It is 500m to the EGA entrance (south), 900m to the cathedral square, 1300m to the fish market and 1500m to the Krämer bridge.

Perfect in Every Way

Wonderful Stay in Erfurt
This is a wonderful, convenient apartment, perfect for a family stay. It's very well equipped, right around the corner from an excellent grocery store, at the edge of a tram stop and within walking distance to Dom Platz. The apartment is very quiet and located in a beautiful neighborhood. The bedrooms are roomy and the bathrooms have heated floors. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Ruhig gelegen und doch nicht weit zur Altstadt. Straßenbahn direkt um die Ecke. Einkaufen auch zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Rundum ein gelungener Kurzurlaub. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

schöne Fewo in perfekter Lage.
es war alles vorhanden in der wohnung was man für einen perfekten aufenthalt benötigt. die ersten 2 tage funktionierte leider das wlan nicht, wurde dann repariert. an der bettwäsche waren die reißverschlüsse kaputt, so dass die decke heraus rutschte. im 3. badezimmer ist das waschbecken sehr sehr klein… im anderen badezimmer hatte das waschbecken einen riss und dort war auch der cloddckel an einer seite nicht befestigt. hinweise auf mülltonnen waren nicht vorhanden. es war aber trotzdem ein toller urlaub.

Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet. Toll sind die 3 Bäder sowie die TV in allen Schlafräumen. Sie ist ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, schafft es bequem in die Innenstadt. Ansonsten ist die Straßenbahn in der unmittelbaren Nähe. 2 Parkplätze stehen für diese Wohnung zur Verfügung, was nicht immer in Erfurt der Fall ist. Wir haben viel unternommen und uns ab abends in der Ferienwohnung rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Gaststätte in der Nähe, Richting Dom am Theater möchten wir besonders empfehlen. Suuuper schmackhaftes Essen und nette Bedienung.

Tolle, moderne Wohnung mit guter Lage in Nähe des Zentrums. In 10- 15min ist man zu Fuß am Domplatz. Super: 2 Parkplätze gehören zur Wohnung. Sehr positiv ist der freundliche Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber.

Sehr günstige Lage am Rande der Altstadt, die sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen ist. Quartier ist ruhig, im Inneren modern und mit neuer Technik ausgestattet. Zimmer sind gross, sauber und gut möbliert.

Freundinnentreff in Erfurt
Check-in völlig problemlos und einfach. Der Zahlencode für den Einlass in die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch, da man im Verlauf nicht mit Schlüsseln hantieren muss. Lage sehr zentrumsnah, fussläufig ca. 10-15 min. bis zum Domplatz, aber Öffis ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Großes Plus sind die 3 Bäder, was die morgendliche Organisation sehr unkompliziert macht. Das versprochene Kinderbett war ebenfalls vorhanden. Fazit- für einen Kurzaufenthalt auch für die angegebene Personenanzahl (bis zu 6 Erwachsene) praktische und zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir haben wunderbare Tage im herrlichen Erfurt verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, kurze Wege ins Stadtzentrum und trotzdem eine ruhige Lage. Super Ausstattung. Ideal für Stadtreise Erfurt und Weimar
Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Eine schöne ruhige Wohngegend. Straßenbahnhaltestelle nur 100 m entfernt, daher sind alle Stadtteile und das Zentrum schnell erreichbar. Wir waren eine lustige Gruppe von 5 Mädels Ü 60 und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Mit gutem Gewissen werden wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Großzügig und ruhig
Die großzügige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und trotzdem in absolut ruhiger Wohnlage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte tadellos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
