A Great Place to Stay in Erie, PA
A wonderful and comfortable place to stay. Very modern and in excellent condition. It offers a beautiful bay view of Lake Erie, with adequate parking and a host of desirable amenities.

Place was nice. Didnt like the across tge street parking and parking lot was very icy in the morning after snow the night prior.

Nice place to stay. Spacious rooms but not very comfortable furniture or bed. The floor was pretty noisy, kids running around. No one answered the phone when we called down to the front desk. We tried 3 separate times. Only one person working the desk with about 10-15 people in line. Not efficient.

The thing that jumped out at us is just how amazing the staff are. Front desk staff could be anymore friendly & helpful if they tried!! We will now be staying here whenever we visit Erie, Pa.

The hotel was very clean, and well run. There were zero disappointments. The hotel restaurant was very, very good; a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We’ve stayed here many times and love it. My only complaint this time is the pools heater was not working. It was freezing one of our main reasons for staying there was so our kid could use their indoor pool. You know it’s cold when a kid can’t stay in it! We mentioned this to the front desk and they told us they were waiting for a part to fix it. I’ll call to confirm next time to ensure it’s not freezing

The staff were super accommodating, flexible, kind, and friendly to people dealing with medical issues and really crazy weather. When they were struggling with a terrible blizzard, their focus was still on their guests. We appreciate their kindness and generosity.

Why am I being charged for parking? To add insult to injury, the parking lot was not cleared from snow and I almost fell when walking back to check in. I am a senior female 75 years and I did not like this at all - have stayed at Hampton in Morgantown charlotte Beckley and now Erie within the past month - and Erie was the first to not providing water and charging for parking! Thank goodness for Oliver restaurant above - meal and service excellent- saving grace!
