One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed in - at this price point! Yuck! - The floors throughout the hotel looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. - The breakfast area was disgusting—the refrigerator and milk carafes were gross and caked with old, sour milk; the counters and tables were filthy and sticky, and the floors under and around the tables weren’t vacuumed between diners. - The pool area floor hadn’t been swept or mopped in ages: there were used bandaids, food scraps and dead bugs all over. - Inside the whirlpool tub in our bathroom, there were multiple cracks and large pieces of the enamel missing, exposing rust.

We stay here just about everytime we travel to Erie. Its our favorite place to stay! They were doing renovations this past time we were there. They took the carpets out and replaced them with beautiful wood flooring! Love love love it here! 10 outta 10 recomend everytime!

Like others have stated, cleanliness is awful although I did feel the rooms specifically the beds and bathrooms were clean. Pool was disgusting and backed up and was overflowing so all the dirt from the wet floor was going back in the pool. Walls and doors were filthy. Breakfast was average. Amenities were nice and location/cost was good. A nice deep cleaning would go a long way!

My family has stayed at this hotel at least four times over the years. It seems to have gone down hill a little. We stayed there for two nights this week and there were multiple hairs in the bathroom that weren't ours, a pair of goggles left from the previous guest, no dish soap in the kitchen and NO bath towels. My son showered and was standing there dripping wet when we discovered there were no bath towels in the room (there were only hand towels). I had to go to the front desk to get them and was told that their washing machine broke and they are short staffed. I get it but towels are kind of a big deal, they could have at least told us when we checked in and got our towels then. The breakfast was fine. Overall it's an ok place to stay. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't like kids. There are always a ton of kids there :)

Hotel was clean and people were kind. Only thing is we couldnt check in until 5 even though checkin was 4. Breakfast was ok not great because they were out of things. Didnt even get a full breakfast. Pool and Hot tub were amazing. Wish they would have had like an adult hour after pool closed.

This was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. This supposed to a Wyndham property. It was supposed to be a refurbished room. The fireplace and TVs did not work. Asked for them to fix these problems. No one ever came. When making the fold out couch bed, when putting the blanket on the bed, I discovered a large fake eyelash indicating that the blanket had never been washed. Later, I discovered lipstick on one of my pillow cases. Revolting. Did not bother to complain as the front desk clerk said no management was available and there were no available rooms or management. I could go on and on but the bottom line is don’t stay here if you want to enjoy your time away from home. One additional thing. My sister emailed the manager TWICE during our stay and no answer was received either by email or telephonically. Atrocious.

It was a good stay with complimentary breakfast and attached indoor water park and attached pool. Staff was friendly. The only thing is cleaning of room is done only if you have entered the request 24 hours early. My expectations was since this is a hotel so room cleaning will be done everyday. Thats was the only thing I did not liked.

Found dog food on the floor of our room when we checked in, as well as the remote having some sort of goop on it. All of the buttons on the room phone were pulled off. Shower would only get mildly warm, not hot. One day the hot water was out for several hours and I was unable to get a real estimate from the front desk for when it was going to be back. When it did come back it was still only warm.

We were unable to stay in our room as the AC wasn’t working and the temp was 84 degrees. They had no other rooms available and offered no maintenance until the morning so my family and I had to leave. None of us could sleep in those stuffy, hot conditions. They offered us no refund!
