The property (bedroom, kitchen and balcony) is spacious, with new and modern furnishings and clean. Our unit also had Netflix access :) The location is safe and walkable, in a residential area in Erlanger - 25 min drive from the old city in Nuremberg. Be aware however that THE PROPERTY IS TOTALLY UNATTENDED: there is no receptionist and access is through an app on an iOS or Android phone. So make sure you have a charged phone and a valid phone# and a data plan for this, as you will need your phone to open any door. This is not prominent on the Expedia page, so we were unpleasantly surprised that after a long drive we had to start reading emails and download the app and find out how to enter our Dutch phone # into the Canadian Expedia account... Talk about unwelcome surprises! Also, there was no housekeeping during our two nights stay there.

Insgesamt eine sehr gute Unterkunft. - Es gibt nur zwei Nachteile: 1. StraƟenlƤrm der Stadtautobahn, weswegen man die Fenster nicht offen stehen lassen kann. 2. Nicht steuerbare Heizung, die den Raum zum Schlafen Ć¼berheizt.

Sehr schƶnes & modernes Appartment Hotel. Alles da, was da sein sollte & funktioniert auch gut, finde die Bettlehne, als auch den Samsung Fernseher besonders gut. Ein sehr groƟer Park ist in 10 Minuten zu FuƟ gut zu erreichen, als auch LebensmittelgeschƤfte & der Bahnhof ist auch nur 14 Minuten zu FuƟ erreichbar. Das Einzige was ich nicht so gut finde is, dass man wenn man zumindest nur eine Nacht nimmt nur bis 23:59 einchecken kann und net erst nach 0 Uhr. Zum GlĆ¼ck habe ich eine nette Dame per Telefon noch erreicht um 0 Uhr, somit hat alles geklappt šŸ‘

Les chambres de cet apparthotel sont petites et assez mal disposĆ©es. Peu de rangements, Ć©tagĆØres inaccessibles de mĆŖme que le lave-vaisselle en hauteur. Impossible de baisser la tempĆ©rature de la chambre sans laisser les fenĆŖtres ouvertes en permanence. Les thermostats ne fonctionnent pas. Peu dā€™informations sur place (pas de rĆ©ception) le sauna ne fonctionne pas non plus. Cet hĆ“tel ne vaut pas le prix que jā€™ai payĆ©.

Sehr gutes System mit dem Smart Home. Gepflegte Appartements mit KĆ¼che und Balkon und. GenĆ¼gend ParkplƤtze. Die putzkraft kƶnnte etwas grĆ¼ndlicher sein. Und was ich etwas doof fand war das im Schlafzimmer kein tv GerƤt war. Mit einem Spiegel Ć¼ber dem Sofa kƶnnte man das Problem gĆ¼nstig lƶsen. Aber alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert und komme gerne wieder
