I’d give about 3/5. Def a massive property. Less personal being on such a huge property. Our room was really clean but it was a lower suite and had that musty basement odour. Could use some updating on the door handles and outlets but it was a nice big suite. Didn’t like the high pressure time share thing. It feels like a retirement resort to us.

Disappointed with check in. Had to wait 10 minutes before someone showed up to check us in. Once more than one person came to the front, it was very easy and efficient and friendly.

Very nice place, wasn’t made aware of our perks- never offered , tried to use the credit and the restaurant had no gad. Last morning there was no hot water, tried calling front desk , no answer. The staff knew there were issues without building but never bothered to reach out to us or share but asked if we had texted them. Disappointed

The room itself was wonderful and comfortable. The view was beautiful. The hotel’s system was down so we could not buy food or anything at the store or restaurants. We had to drive 20 minutes to find somewhere to eat. Staff was ok

We have stayed here several times and really like the property. I did misread the listing and thought our condo had laundry, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and enjoyed the pools, arcade, spa, resort activities and golf course.

Very relaxing, comfortable place to stay. Property is showing it's age in certain locations. Pools are very nice. Limited hours and days for dining on the property.
