New holiday home on the Bensersiel access road. approx. 2.5 km to the beach. 160 sqm in total, plus 40 sqm terrace.
It consists of (approx. 90 sqm) on the ground floor:
- Open kitchen (with all common household appliances), including living room and
adjacent terrace with garden
- 1 double bedroom
- 1 bathroom with two washing places, a shower and the toilet.
- 1 HWR with washing machine, ironing board etc.
Everything barrier-free and suitable for the elderly.
All rooms have electr. blinds
and underfloor heating.
- on the first floor :
- 1 large bedroom with double bed and small fitness corner.
- 1 small bedroom with 2 beds.
- 1 bathroom with a washing area, shower and toilet.
All rooms have underfloor heating.

Rental price refers to 2 people. per night. Bookable from 3 nights. Each additional person 10 € per night. Final cleaning is included in the rental price.

Super Haus, war alles vorhanden. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und durch die nahegelegenen Bushaltestellen sind Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar. Auch die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Rundum war alles Top! Bei Problemen ist der Inhaber sofort erreichbar und hilft sofort.

Das Haus ließ eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Alles vorhanden. Mehr als genug Platz. Mit dem Auto nur 5min bis zum Strand. Sehr Behindertengerecht. Fantastischer Vermieter der ohne wenn und aber auf persönliche Bedürfnisse bzw. körperliche Einschränkungen eingeht. Direkt für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Danke für die tolle Zeit

Schönes, altengerechtes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung.
Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zentrum von Esens konnte man zu Fuß erreichen, auch zum Strand in Bensersiel war es nicht weit.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Urlaubswochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Das Haus liegt zentral mit kurzen Wegen nach Esens und auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet mit großen Räumen und es ist alles da, was man braucht und teils nicht erwartet. Auch der Gastgeber, Herr Habben, ist freundlich und zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Beides, Haus und Gastgeber, sind absolut zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und entspricht den Bildern. Vorallem ist es sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts im Haushalt . Fussläufig ist die Innenstadt von Esens innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Der Strand von Bensersiel ist ebenso schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sehr schöne Gegend. Der Vermieter ist top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit Platz für 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Komplette Einrichtung too.
Alle zusagen trafen genau so ein. Verkehrlage sehr gut und trotzdem ruhig. Schnell in Esens und schnell in Bensersiel und Neuharlingersiel.
