In front of the dazzling Esparron-de-Verdon Lake, this 75-sq.m apartment is south facing and completely renovated. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms for 6 people (a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be put together as a double bed, and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds). You will also find a living room leading to then terrace with lake view, a second terrace with a small garden, and two bathrooms. The apartment is fully equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, and washing machine) and offers a parking space. You can easily access Esparron de Verdon Lake and its beaches on foot. Beyond its beauty, that creates a feeling of serenity, the lake offers many leisure activities such as canoes, sailing, rowing, windsurfing, fishing, electric boat trips, or you can relax at a small wild inlet. The region is ideal for outdoor activities such as cycling, mountain biking, hiking, horse riding, climbing, tours, gliding, and... finding truffles! The apartment is close to the typical and medieval village of Esparron-de-Verdon, which offers shopping facilities and restaurants, but without any nuisances. Messing about in boats!
We had a great weeks holiday at the apartment in Esparron-de-Verdon. The property has good access direct to the lake (although you have to be sure-footed to use the footpath ;-). The view from the terrace is exactly as the photo depicts, a wonderful view over the lake, village and surrounding hills. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms comfortable. We spent the whole week in the water, swimming, kayaking (you must do the "Basses Gorge des Verdon" Esparron to Quinson) and stand up paddle. We had our own, but plenty of choice for rental at Esparron. We also walked in the local hills, visited surrounding villages and lavender fields. Great ice cream parlour and cave a biere at GrƩoux-les-bains.

Terrific apartment and position
I canā€™t recommend this appartment enough ! The location is just great (the view, off the main roads, easy access to the centre). The comfort is very good. The facilities (kitchen, showers, radio/TV/DVD/Wi-fi) are more than I would have hoped for. You would not be disappointed with this wonderful apartment. As for Esparron, I am enchanted with the place and the lovely residents.

Spectacular view!!!!!!
We stayed in this property for three weeks and it is exactly as it appears in the photos. It was clean and tidy and has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. From the very start Jean Marc was a pleasure to deal with and Annie and Daniela who were super lovely were only a phone call away if we needed anything. The information provided was thorough and all instructions easy to follow. The town which is only a short walk down the hill has a couple of restaurants, a small supermarket and a sandwich shop that also sells extremely nice fresh baguettes. The large balcony was perfect in the late afternoon/early evening for sitting with a glass of wine and watching the sail boats and kayaks out on the lake. We took our own inflatable kayaks and paddle boards and spent many hours exploring the Gorges Du Verdon. St Croix de Verdon was another favourite of ours and is only 20 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this property.

Erholsame Ferientage an einem schƶnen Ort
Meine Frau und ich haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Jean-Marc sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entsprach unseren BedĆ¼rfnissen voll und ganz. Wandern und Radfahren in der attraktiven Umgebung und mit dem Kajak auf dem See unterwegs sein, war in diesen schƶnen FrĆ¼hlingstagen einfach wunderbar!

Endroit dont les points forts sont le calme et la vue exceptionnelle sur le lac. Les points faibles sont nombreux : Appartement humide avec odeur de litiĆØre ( le propriĆ©taire a un chat et ne le mentionne pas) : mon Ć©pouse est allergique au chat. La verrerie Ć©tait mal lavĆ©e. Der Weg zum See ist etwas Steil aber machbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber und Klimatisert. Toller Blick vom Balkon auf den See. Die Umgebung ist schƶn und ein guter Startpunkt fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge. Ich kann sie Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Great accomodation in a nearly perfect environment
The Lac Esparron is a wonderful lake in the Provence-Alpes-CĆ“te dā€™Azur region. The village Eparron-de-Verdon is a small village directly at the lake. The lake is a wonderful place for swimming and a lot of water-related acitivties. This accomodation is near the center of the village yet far away enough for peaceful nights. It is fully equipped and a/c is available in every room. The sight from the upper terrace is awesome. The only thing you have to keep in mind is, that you have to go by car 30 minutes for a supermarket and nearly 2h if you want to see the sea.

Sehr schƶne Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den See
Die Wohnung war sehr schƶn groƟ und super sauber ! Schƶn wƤren Fliegengitter an den TĆ¼ren gewesen ! Als Ausgangspunkt fĆ¼r Erkundungen der Umgebung einschlieƟlich der berĆ¼hmten Verdon-Schlucht nahezu perfekt ! Die Wohnung liegt inmitten einer HƤuserzeile, man sieht den Nachbarn auf die Terrasse was uns nicht gestƶrt hat da wir ruhige Nachbarn hatten . Der Einzige der tatsƤchlich genervt hat war ein Bewohner / Feriengast Ć¼ber unserer Wohnung der bei Anwesenheit permanent den Fernseher bei geƶffneter TĆ¼r laufen lieƟ ! Eine sehr schƶne kleine Badebucht ist zu FuƟ zu erreichen, bei den extremen Temperaturen im Juli haben wir allerdings das Auto genommen. Wenn man frĆ¼h genug ist bekommt man auch noch einen Parkplatz !! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen !
