Location was good, and very convenient. It is a bit dated, but clean and stsff was very helpful and friendly. We only had one issue, no hot water for showers. They did give us free breakfasts to compensate.

Quite an old motel - we hung out the ‘make up room’ sign but came back late afternoon and wasn’t touched - phoned reception and was told the housekeeping takes the sign as do not make up only cleans ones without the sign !

Nice stay, some bathrooms need renovating
Lovely welcoming staff, and comfortable bed. Have stayed a few times in various rooms in the past. Unfortunately some of the bathrooms need a bit of TLC, and some are renovated and newer. Not very sound proof rooms, as could hear neighbours TV though the wall very loudly into the evening. Clean little swimming pool for the family, Unfortunately closed at time of visit (too cold to swim anyway). Great central location.

Accommodated for late check in without 24 hour notice. So good! Made the trip that much more rewarding and pleasurable. And i cant forget to mention the great coffee store around the corner as well as the bakery nearby...with coffee in hand and a quiche, the sunrise on the foreshore 👌👌👌

Smokers next door smoking outside the room with the wind blowing the smoke into our room under the door when closed and through the door when opened. Some designated non smoking areas would be good. Our room was next to the laundry which was a problem if having an afternoon rest.
