Kitchenette supplied with microwave, Air fryer, toaster, kettle and all essentials. 55 inch smart TV with Wifi., with Netflix, AmazonPrime and Stan. Filtered drinking water. USB ports for charging. 300 metres to IGA, Liquorland, laundromat, bakery, fast food takeaway.
15 minute walk or 2 minute drive to popular West Beach or town centre.

Entry from enclosed patio into a compact space which includes dining area, two seater sofa, queen bed and separate ensuite. Two separate suitcase placement areas with hanging and shelf space. Includes electric shutter on front window.
Filtered drinking water. USB charging ports. Multiple games and books.
Guest access
Own gravel driveway and parking space up to the private patio which then provides access to the unit. The unit is attached to our house but is a totally private space.
Strictly no smoking anywhere on the property, children, animals, max 2 guests.
