Perfect Essex location
This apartment was a perfect spot to sleep while visiting relatives. Short walk to numerous breakfast shops. Beautiful park nearby with plenty of activities for children.

Adequate but traffic noise, not many options in Burlington
The apartment is fine, although the kitchen could use a little more equipment, for instance, a coffee maker and sharp knives. The bed in the back bedroom is very comfortable but it is at least 30 in above the floor and difficult to get into, even for a 6 ft tall man. A 5'4 woman would need a step stool to get into it. The major drawback is the sofa bed in the living room which isn't particularly comfortable but, moreover, your head is about 20 ft from the traffic passing by. Fortunately, the traffic dies down after 11:00 at night and doesn't pick up again until 6:00 or 7:00 in the morning. There is plenty of good hot water, lots of outlets, fine wi-fi, easy parking right beside the back door for unloading. The upstairs neighbor is very quiet. There are very few options for apartments in the Burlington area. 240 square ft hotel rooms in the area start at about $300 a night, so this isn't a bad choice if you don't intend to use the sofa bed and non 6 footers get a boost into the bed! It would be good if the host would provide a step stool for the bed. On our trip, we stayed in a wonderful, three bedroom, three bathroom house in campton, near the kankamagus highway and a two bedroom, three bathroom very large, deluxe apartment in killington, vermont. Both were about $200 a night for twice the place that this Burlington location is.

UVM move in
Apartment is close to UVM. My husband, our dog, and I stayed at the apartment while moving our daughter into the school. The apartment was clean, plenty of space, large yard and within walking distance of a few restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries which was all we needed.

Convenient
Location was good. Near lots of restaurants and most of the attractions of Chittenden county. Floors could’ve been cleaner, but I kind of expect that in pet friendly accommodations. The bathroom was cramped, but clean. Lovely yard and neighborhood.

Essex Junction Stay
We needed a place to stay for a UVM graduation and this VRBO served us well for that purpose. You will not have the whole place. You’ll have a small apartment with one bedroom (very nice and comfortable bed) and a living room area with a pull out couch. The host provides bed linens and towels. The place is good for adults but traffic is noisy. Can walk to one restaurant and a bagel/coffee shop. Close to Winooski and not far from Burlington. Appreciated that it was dog friendly. More bare bones than others we’ve used but did the trick.

Great location in the Junction
My kids and I needed a place to stay at the last minute and we found this nice little gem of a place in the Junction! Within walking distance of many restaurants and shops and it was clean and comfortable for the four of us. The bathroom is a little tight, as another review stated, but it fine. The owner was very responsive when I communicated with them. We enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it!

Nice compact apartment for four
Private and clean apartment shares a wall with owners’ residence. We never heard them but caught a glimpse. Large bed was shared by children; husband and I slept on sofa bed. It was not comfortable but it was for just two nights so no big deal. Bathroom was compact but we’re not big people so it was fine. Kitchen was clean and adequate. Kitchen table was large and perfect for our favorite board game that we brought. The residence was on a fairly busy road but the car traffic subsided after 8. Rare and distant train was enjoyable. Location was good: easy to get to Burlington and Rt 2 and 89. Simple suggestions for minor improvement would be hooks on the wall in bedroom by the back door (since that was the door we used most and is closest to car) and an extra blanket or two especially for the sofa. Thanks for the stay!

Clean, convenient getaway
My friends and I stayed here for a ski weekend in Vermont and really loved the place. It was exactly what we needed - clean, some simple kitchen amenities, space for 4 of us, and easy access to Burlington. You would certainly need a car if you're staying here, but it's not far from 89 and accessible to most mountains. Would recommend!

no soap or shampoo in bathroom. they have a 2-3" step from one room to the next. they need to think about a ramp there as I smashed my bare foot on the threshold and now have black and blue toes.
