Raving about Raven Avenue in Estes Park Colorado
5 friends of 30+ years wanted to destress and relax for a long weekend. We were able to relax, socialize, golf, shop, ride the tram and use a pontoon on Lake Estes. What a fantastic weekend! Our VRBO house was so comfy, clean, beautiful and perfect! We were so busy, we never used the hot tub! Maybe next time!

Great Place, Very Clean!
Awesome place to stay! Plenty of room for our family of four with room to spare. Hot tub was great and was inside the garage, which you can open for cool air if wanted which was very nice. The house was very clean as well and very close to the lake if you like to fish or walk the trails. Three minutes to downtown, perfect spot to stay!

Wonderful, relaxing stay
This place is great for a family visit with plenty of space, the hot tub is a wonderful treat. Very cute home. There's a beautiful tree out back on the deck that has gorgeous pink flowers. The owner is easily reachable, check in went smoothly, everything was great!

Awesome weekend in Estes
Friends and I stayed here while we attended a wedding and we were thrilled with these accommodations. Simeon was an excellent host and had great communication. The house is at a great location, just minutes from amazing restaurants and attractions. Our favorite part was opening the garage door and getting some fresh air while hanging out in the hot tub. Book this place NOW. You won't regret it!

Perfect vacation house for RMNP
We had 6 adults stay at the house for a week and we had a great time. The house had plenty of space, nice beds and furniture, was extremely clean, and had plenty of linens/towels and other necessities. We really enjoyed the deck - the mountain views were even nicer than expected - and the hot tub/rec area. Given the unpredictable weather we were glad that the hot tub was indoors. Simeon was a great host, very quick to respond to any questions, and gave us some helpful tips and recommendations. The house is a short drive to the RMNP, and we loved the town itself and the surrounding area. 5 stars!

Perfect Family Vacay
This was truly our home away from home while visiting Estes Park & RMNP. It was very clean, spacious, has super comfy beds and pillows, great views, large wrap around deck which we used every day, huge hot tub, and is close to everything so we used Warrior Express food delivery and Instacart grocery delivery. We were able to spend so much time in the Park, we could come back to this house and relax. Will def rent again!

House was beautiful. There is a huge deck around 3/4 of the house. Allowed for great place to have meals, sit and enjoy coffee, makes s’mores with the fire pit. Location allowed for easy access to town and lake. Would stay at this property again.

The house was perfect for our trip to Estes Park! The garage area was great for the kids to play around. They loved playing bags! The location was easy to get to and close to the activities we wanted to do. Simon was quick to respond to any questions we had and made sure we had no issues getting there. Phenomenal!
This place was so much more amazing than we expected! The porch is amazing and wraps around 3 sides of the house. The garage provided us with the best spot for entertaining. We put the hot tub and cornhole game to good use. The bar area in the garage must have been added after the photos were taken but it provided us with a great space to have pizza delivered to and to set us a buffet line. The main bedroom and bathroom are GIANT and felt luxurious. We will be back!

Great Property!
We had a great time in Estes Park and this house was perfect for what we needed. We had a family reunion of sorts, so my family of 5, my brother, and my mom all stayed very comfortably at the house. Our 3 three year old slept in our bed, but everyone else had their own bed. My other brothers and their families stayed at nearby hotels and we congregated at this house and it was perfect whether it was to gather before going out, or to talk under the stars at night next to the fire. We had a perfect view of the fireworks for 4th of July along with a visit from a couple elk in the yard. The hot tub was clean and ready to go and was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. We really can't say enough great things about this property.

Beautiful place to stay!
This home was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. My sister and brother-in-law are very particular, and they were so impressed with the cleanliness and the condition and of everything that they wanted me to make sure that I remarked about this on the review. The thoughtfulness of the owner was evident. The wraparound porch added to the enjoyment of staying there. We had fun playing corn hole and sitting around the fireplace. We ate all our meals out on the back porch. I’m sure anyone would be happy with this rental. Thank you.

Colorado home away from home!
Our family of four adults found this property to be an excellent base for our Colorado get-way! It provided a comfortable place for us to relax, prepare some of our meals, and sleep well. The back deck provided an excellent new grill, a beautiful tree in blossom, and a resident bunny we thoroughly enjoyed watching. The area also has several elk who casually roam about. It is a great location for exploring Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Pak, as well as other nearby communities and state parks. Highly recommend!
