We are delighted you are considering visiting our home that is located on Prospect mountain in Estes Park, Colorado. It is within walking distance to shopping, food and entertainment. After spending a day in our Majestic Rocky Mountain National Park which is only a few miles to the entrance, enjoying a game of putt-putt golf, water bumper cars, arcades or ropes coarse just down the street and also within walking distance of the house, you can retreat to our comfortable mountain home that is nestled among boulders and pine trees to relax in the hot tub with views of the mountains. It has a fully furnished kitchen, two bedrooms, a game room loft that accommodates extra sleeping space, a living/sitting area in the open concept kitchen & dinning room and a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use. There is high speed wireless internet for those still needing to work or teens going through gaming withdraws and televisions located in each bedroom, the dinning room and the game room with free channels and apps you can log into using your accounts. Our home is a great retreat for couples or a fun place to stay for families (please note there are stairs for those with toddlers but a gate is available). We are located less than 2 miles from the recreation center that has lap, diving, kiddie and lazy river pools along with exercise equipment, classes and walking lanes. The golf course and fairgrounds are also just a couple miles away. Please note the street may be icy or snowy in the winter and all-wheel drive is recommended during winter stays. We look forward to hosting you as our guests.

Stayed 4 days for a girls trip. Beds were big enough for 2 adults, and the 2 rooms were well decorated and comfy. Hot tub was clean and spacious. Quick 4 minute walk into town. Kitchen had all the amenities, and we cooked quite a bit. Washer and drier worked well. Five stars!!!

Rocky Retreat
Our stay at Rocky Retreat was fairly comfortable. We cooked most of our meals at the cabin, and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. There were a few kitchen staples that were missing, but we were able to pick them up in town. Beds were comfortable. The laundry detergent or fabric softener used for the sheets and bedding was quite strong for me, but I am sensitive to fragrances, and keeping the windows open as much as we could helped air things out a bit for us. Laura was great with communication and responded very quickly to any questions we had. She was even able to accommodate a couple requests we had prior to check-in.

Roxy Mountaim Stay
We had a great stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the Rocky Mountain National Park. The only reason I gave amenities accuracy four stars is because we were expecting central air condition as the listing said it did have AC. The only suggestion I have is to put a ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom for better comfort. Other than that it was Awsome.

The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and just as described. The kitchen was very well stocked and the hosts paid excellent attention to detail. Pros 1. very nice and responsive hosts 2. well located, easy to walk into town 3. quiet 4. beds were comfortable 5. very nicely furnished with lots of quality features 6. hot tub was already hot when I went to use it, perfect temperature at 104°, with really good jets 7. kitchen was well-equipped 8. very nice foosball table and an amazing assortment of games 9. upstairs living room was very nice Cons 1. no AC, both upstairs and down were very warm and uncomfortable 2. no sleep darkening curtains or drapes on the windows in the bedrooms, and the upstairs bedroom had windows with no curtains or blinds at all

This place was so perfect for our three kids and us. The kids loved the hot tub and the views. I loved the hummingbirds and the deer. So clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. When we come back to RMNP we are renting this place again!

So close to Rocky Mountain National Park and walkable to Fun City & downtown Estes Park
The hot tub was such a luxury after hiking all day at Rocky Mountain National Park! We enjoyed taking in the Mountain View’s from the deck in the morning. No bugs, but still would have liked a screen door on the sliding door to the deck so the breeze could go through without leaving things wide open. Very updated and clean space, nice bathrooms and amenities. Beds were a touch hard for our taste, but the location and deck/ hot tub made this place a true gem. We would definitely return and recommend!

We had a great stay at the house and found it very comfortable for our family of 4. The hottub was a great addition after a day of hiking and we really liked that we were a quick walk to many things downtown (if you don't mind walking the short hill). The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the stash of games to play. My only call out is that there is no AC (as advertised! because it's not needed). If you don't mind sleeping with windows open to let the cool air in it's not a problem and wasn't for us. Otherwise it could get a but stuffy at night - though there are nice ceiling fans to help. I would definitely recommend and visit again!

Was a beautiful spot to enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park. Walking distance to some restaurants and breweries. There are other houses around, but it’s a peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for a couple days in June as we explored RMNP. This place is ideally located near downtown but still super quiet at night. Property was very clean and the hot tub was very nice after long days of hiking. Highly recommend.
