We reserved a king bed and queen sleeper. There wasn't a queen sleeper and my daughter had to sleep on the floor. The manager of the hotel was not there when we arrived, so we couldn't complain. They just left a key for the door and left before their supposed business hours. The manager was very combative after I informed him of the situation in the morning. He yelled at me, insulted me, and said the problem was Hotels.com. I have never experienced such horrible and unprofessional service in my life. We request an immediate refund due to the "bait and switch" performed by this hotel.

We really enjoyed our visit. This place is in a great location just a couple miles away from Rocky Mountain NP and has cute little shops and eateries nearby. Place is a good size for a family of four with two children. Grill, outdoor patio, full kitchen and large bathroom.

What a wonderful place to stay. My family and I will absolutely be back in the future. The room was spacious and clean. There were elk all over the grounds so my kids were in awe the entire time. The river is peaceful and most importantly, their customer service was top notch!

Oh my! If you are traveling to Estes Park, this place is a MUST! Very quiet but within walking distance to many areas within Estes Park! The management is very nice and accommodating and we would not stay anywhere else if we return to Estes Park! Awesome trip!

Such a lovely little stay! We traveled as a family of 4 1/2 (pregnant) and it was so comfortable. Everything was childproof, I don’t think they tried but it was. The service was 10/10. Location 10/10 we saw a moose while out on the hot tub. It definitely was a great experience. Highly recommend for families.
