Business on the north side of the hotel is extremely messy and that is what you see when you look out your north facing window. Bathroom sink plug was very difficult to release when it was closed, Continental breakfast was good and staff friendly.

Over all the hotel is nice, clean, staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. In our bathroom the shelves were falling out of the wall, one elevator was out of order. The ice machine was out of order on our floor. They just need to address a few things.
