Room location not good (3rd stay) in one of the old buildings. No balcony. Sunken room with partial parking lot view. Earlier stay in the same building was fine with a room and balcony facing the creek and once in the new building.

Overall a great experience. Staff in lobby was very friendly and efficient. The room smelled amazing, noticed it as soon as I opened the door. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.The road outside my window was loud but I don't see there is anything the hotel could do about that.

My review is based solely on the fact that I was staying for a conference. I went back during my lunch time at the conference to find my food had been thrown away and my room had been cleaned, all prior to check out. I reached out to the hotel and received no response. This whole situation has shown they value available rooms over paying guests. Incredibly disappointing.

There was clump of hair on the floor near the bathroom. There were stains on the comforter and hair on the pillow and sheets.
