Quiet and safe
Older motel that is well kept. Traveling with an older mother and 10yr old granddaughter, I felt this was a very safe area. The woman at check-in was friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

The area was out of the Eugene city limits as all the other hotels were much more expensive and I don't know why but they were charging excessive amounts pass because of a football game and they have a shortage of hotels the prices were ridiculous in town this hotel seemed to be a good valiant look clean from the pictures upon arriving the facility had AA church in the front and was a little bit confusing as we drove a 100 yd in and and finally found the hotel which is behind the church the lobby seemed large and the attendant seem very friendly there was no breakfast buffet but they did serve coffee but that only opened at 8:00 a.m. the Room itself was very large they did have elevator we arrived at night and looking at the pictures from the reviews it showed AM very scenic area but we could not see it in the evening the Room was large and comfortable I found that the bed was very a soft and very good

The room was very worn Old carpets that should have been replaced years ago. The tv did not work and worst of all when we came in from the evening there was NO hot water to shower. There was no help at the facility to ask help for the problems. In the morning we told the front desk person and his response was that was to bad.

Nice venue
Nice venue, whether you are staying in the RV section or in the rooms. Very quiet and a good location although a bit of a drive from Corvallis & Eugene.

Best hotel experience in years.
Wonderful stay, we had a suite that was like a small apartment. Very clean, everything we needed was there. The full kitchen was completley stocked. The room was quiet and the front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Great diner (99 Grill) in town.

Location next to river was scenic and peaceful. Hot tub was under maintenance so I was bummed-really wanted to soak. Nice pool, rooms were clean and comfy beds.

Weird place. Was really nice at first. Then the softball team got there. Really noisy and nobody there to control it. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Had potential to be awesome.
