Not a great start. We arrived, had not received a text re cabin access and nobody answered the phone. When checking with Eungella Chalet we discovered that whoever input the dates into their systems had made a mistake. We had no accommodation for first night - dates a day ahead. Fortunately the lady at the chalet managed to find a one night stay at Broken River 5km away and the wonderful host there, Wen, welcomed us plus said she would work out payment with the cabins. Once we were in our cabin, the next day, we were impressed with the amenities but found that the cabin itself had some mould around shower, door frame was rotted and glass sliding door couldn't be locked from outside. There was also an intermittent drain smell wafting around outside. There was no view when sitting on the patio, would need to move chairs out onto lawn between cabins.
Bed was comfy and kitchen had everything necessary to self cater. Lounge chair was also very supportive.
