Perfect getaway!
My daughter goes to the University of Arkansas and was on fall break. It was the get away she needed to relax and recharge. We had some issues but communication was easy and had problems solved in a few hours. I would definitely stay again.

Vaca on holiday island
Very nice place!! Great location and by the rest of our family in the other timeshare and that was our goal. Decorated beautifully and updated, loved our stay! enjoyed sitting in the deck drinking our coffee, watching the sun come up and the deer nearby. I think our only issue would be the downstairs bathroom if you are 6 ft tall, you have to crouch a bit not to hit your head. If you can't do stairs be aware there are some into the condo and inside but that was fine with us. Was a wonderful week!

Lots of bugs behind the front door and few other places that appeared to not have been cleaned. Had to provide our own toilet paper as only had a partial roll in one bathroom. Overall a decent house.

Great stay!
We loved this stay. We were just 17 minutes from downtown eureka springs and a 2 minute drive to the lake. The scenery was beautiful with deer coming up so close to the property. The patio furniture and weather made for great bonding time over meals and coffee. Will stay here again in the future. My only “issue” if you would call it that, is that the online instructions from the company are different than the ones in the book that was on the table.

Process for renting seamless. Amenities so-so. TV'S not user-friendly. Drainage in tub terrible. Too many stairs for Seniors & toddler. No extra tp in lower bathroom. No teaspoons/silverware No extra large trashbags

Great property but there were questions about amenities. Were told we had access to pool and didnt.
We very much liked this property. The cleanliness when we got there was not great. But we did leave it cleaner then it was when we arrived. Getting ahold of our manager of the property was not satisfactory. But we figured out things on our own. But was a very nice property and location.
