Situated between Augusta National Gold Course (16 minutes) and Champions Retreat Golf Course (14 minutes), the Woods of Old Post features a completely updated 3800+sq/ft home offering five bedrooms and 3.5 baths in the middle of six acres of mature pines and hardwoods. All bedrooms feature a queen-size bed, except for the master suite which features a California king bed. Fresh linens and basic grooming amenities will be provided. A luxurious master bath has been remodeled to include a rainshower, double sink and a soaking tub wrapped in porcelain and tile and finished with copper details. The upstairs hall bath features a counter to ceiling tile back splash, double sink, and roomy changing area. The downstairs ensuite features a minimalist design. A gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops, double oven, and stainless-steel appliances will make quick work of meals you prepare. A home gym, cut trails that wind from the home to the creek, and an outdoor pool and grilling area invite you to relax during your stay. A coffee bar will be stocked upon arrival and bathroom linens will be available in every bathroom. Parking is not an issue - at least 10 cars can easily park on the driveway and side gravel drive. Chickens and two outdoor cats will be fed daily by a visiting pet sitter - but you'll likely never see the attendant. The chicken coop is the approximate distance of a lot away from the home (or more), far enough away not to know it's there from the house. The outdoor cats are not indoor cats and live outside full-time.
