Great but not perfect
The room was very comfortable and the staff were great. My only complaint is that the room itself was rather dark. There were lots of lamps around, but no overhead lighting. There were also a limited number of easily-accessible electric outlets, making it challenging to charge multiple devices at once.

A very nice , clean modern hotel. Easy access to the Ford Center and dt Evansville. Staff are professional, rooms are clean and modern. The only negative is , surprisingly you can hear footsteps above and noise from adjoining rooms. Walls are thin. Other than that it’s a very nice hotel.

Overall not too bad. Big complaints were that the bartender was very rude and the shower ran out of hot water in five minutes (also no conditioner in the shower). No cookies at check in either. Probably wouldn’t stay here again because of those things listed.

The hallways needed vacuumed. We never received our cookies. Called down and ordered food Saturday morning. Was told give them 10 minutes. Waited all most 15 before I headed down. Then was told it still wasn’t ready. So I waited. After waiting 30 minutes longer. I walked up and ask it out food was ready. They lady said yes I just have to get it from the back. Took my money then helped everyone else at all the tables before she got my food. Once I finally got the food and got back to my room. The food wasn’t even warm!

I would stay were again for the conveyance of the location. But they could definitely do a little better cleaning the rooms. Our room was so dusty it bothered my asthma. Lucky I had my inhaler.

Clean professional hotel with good service. Parking was convenient but expensive for a small town. Amenities were lacking for the price. No restaurants or shopping near by even though it’s downtown. I did like that they had a snack bar downstairs well equipped but the rooms had ice buckets and no glasses or ice tongs. Direct tv is a really bad idea. Drizzled outside and it had to reboot. Food was limited for room service.

Great motel close to Ford Center. Room was clean but wasn't ready when we arrived. Had tonwait about 45.minutes to get in room after time available. Manager gave cookies and free.sodas and apologized. But there weee several people waiting for rooms.

Waited through dinner
We were there at 3:00 for check-in and told the room was not ready. Along with many other people who were waiting. We were told to come back in 45 minutes. Later, we were told that the room was still not ready and that they are having a hard time keeping up with a noon check-out and a 3 pm check-in. After waiting for nearly 2 hours, the room was ready.

Jr suite was dirty, dusty and had old orange juice left in the fridge. Dust everywhere and food under the couch.
