No reservation
When I messaged our host about check in procedure he dod not have any record of our reservation. VRBO did but when they contacted him he did not. Two days & 3 phone calls to VRBO later & he finally cancelled & refunded our reservation. It then took another call to VRBO for the rest of the money to get refunded
