The room had everything we needed and was comfortable. We were most impressed with the thoughtful, hard work shown by the woman in the breakfast room. She went out of her way to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed.

I was expecting something more because of the 4 star and all the great reviews. There was nothing special about this place. No amenities. The breakfast was same as all the other 3 star chain restaurants. It’s a glorified Best Western. I am really not sure what everyone was raving about. The room itself was spacious but the TV was small with no streaming. The light switches were only controlled by the door. Not sure how different the main building would have been but the non-main building had no lobby and the hall ways were small. I felt claustrophobic walking in the elevator and the hallway. It reminded me of really old European apts. I was very disappointed—but overall, it was clean and up to par (with 3 star hotels).

This facility was pristine. Our room was incredibly clean and obviously well maintained. The tub/shower (which I usually hate) has a traction material applied (to the tub floor) so the usual safety issue was mitigated before any problems could arise. I also appreciated the updated ADA "comfort height" toilet. The breakfast room was staffed by very competent personnel and real plates with metal place setting provided. The waffles station and the entire food presentation area was constantly cleaned if quests spilled and/or messed the area in any way. This is a very comfortable place to stay and relax. They anticipate your wants and needs.
