Room nice and clean. Area was safe and quiet but there was nothing as far as food or entertainment nearby. The only downside was that no one was at the front desk when we arrived for check-in and we had to wait up to 20 minutes before anyone came by. Breakfast was basic stuff- coffee, bagels, cereal, yogurt and waffles. Overall a good experience for the time we were there.

We stay here often and this time we were extremely disappointed and even embarrassed. The rooms were DIRTY. The shower and linens had hair from previous guests and did not look as though they had been cleaned, nor the sheets changed. The rooms were also super dusty. One of our room doors lock was broken and we were told they had no one to fix it. So my cousin didnt sleep well because he was worried about the door. I don't usually leave reviews, but this time its absolutely warranted. This was by far one of thr worst experiences ever.

Room was dirty, bugs, blood stained on the walls. toilet kept running every 10 seconds. The next morning around 4:30am a super loud delivery truck parked outside our window stayed there for about an 2 hours. We had booked for 2 night, we only stayed 1 night. I want my money back..

I’m not complaining. I stay here a lot. The hotel stay everywhere has gone down the tubes. Hard to find a room and nothing is affordable. I like this place. The staff has always been nice.

If you're fussy or want perfect cleanliness, this place isn't for you. My room was missing the shower curtain and only one bar of soap was provided. The housekeeper rectified the situation, despite not speaking any English. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of electrical outlets. The breakfast is ok if all you want is a bagel/toast/muffin. A couple cereals were also offered. No protein or fruit. The orange juice was tasteless. Coffee is available, but I didn't try it.

It was an amazing experience, the manager on duty gave us an upgrade from a single bed room to a suit and more confortable queen bed. Clean and odorized room and lobby as well. Definitely will stay again!
