Rates apply to a reservation of 7 or more nights.
GENERAL POLICY
Maximum unit occupancy allowable for suites are up to 4 adult/child, the maximum unit occupancy allowable for rooms are 2 adult/child and there is no room for additional people. Children under two years of age are not included in occupancy count.
All our units are non-smoking units. A cleaning fee of $250.00 will be assessed for anyone smoking in a unit. Kegs, firearms and fireworks are not allowed on property.
FULL PAYMENT UPON BOOKING
Full payment for entire stay will be due upon booking, payments can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and is required at time of reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made 7 days or more before a refund will be issued. For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, any amount paid will not be refundable. Christmas/New Years reservations are non-refundable after December 1st. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OVER THE INTERNET VIA EMAIL.
MISSING OR LOST ITEMS
Grayhouse Inn Bed & Breakfast is not responsible for any lost, forgotten or stolen items. If forgotten items are located and requested to be mailed to the owner there is a minimum fee of $10.00 the recipient will be responsible for.
