The hotel seems to be older and needs some renovations and changes to its operations but may be banking on its brand to continue services that don't fit with the current condition. Their breakfast is a slightly upgraded buffet that is overpriced and offers basically the same 5 items every day. You are served coffee and for that privilege are expected to pay a tip on food that you would otherwise get as part of a complimentary breakfast at any other hotel. You cannot connect your streaming services in your room because the tv is too old, unless your phone is also old enough to be able to download some outdated app or you bring an hdmi cord. The rooms are pretty spacious but not super clean.

A happy ending
Staff was very courteous and helpful. The only negative was Hotels.com let me down on notifying the Hilton of my reservation. There was no way to track down my reservation given the confirmation number I was provided via email. Hotels.com phone numbers desk staff called were not very helpful. After forty stressful minutes, desk staff were able to book a room for me (at a lower price) with the assurance I would not also be charged for my original reservation thru Hotels.com. Hilton’s service was wonderful!
