Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, our property boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, each designed to cater to your relaxation and enjoyment. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV to enhance your comfort and provide a source of relaxation.

Our home is newly remodeled and designed meticulously, enjoy your vacation with your friends, families, or colleagues in these 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Relax and enjoy in the spacious backyard, there is outside seating so more space to enjoy your stay.

Please note that there is a guest suite in the back of the house, which is only accessible when booking the entire 6-bedroom house.

There is a guest house in the back with 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom, but there is no kitchen, living room or dining room but nobody will be staying during your stay. If you wish to book the guest house, you may book our other listing which includes the guest house.

Early check-in/Late check-out request:
Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 6 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $25 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 8.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergies. We also don't provide the gas for the grill, but there's a propane tank on the property that guests may fill for their use.

Since we use third-party property management software, guests need to make their payments outside the VRBO platform. This software is approved by VRBO, and the payment method is secure. If you need more details, feel free to contact VRBO support. As part of the process, we'll ask you to send a selfie and a valid photo ID. Further instructions will be provided through the VRBO message thread.
