Romantic 6C chalet in the heart of the Dolomites

Very nice apartment full of wood finishes with fireplace and closed and reserved garage. Ideal for alpine skiing, in the nearby Tre Valli area with 100 km of slopes up to Cima Uomo sul San Pellegrino, and for Nordic skiing, in the ring of about 15 km in the village or 30 km in the nearby Val Gares. Also convenient for walks of various difficulties at mountain huts along the nearby Biois stream and for excursions in all the Dolomites. The car can be parked indoors in the underground garage.

Snug and comfortable
For 6 it was a squeeze but we managed fine. Loved the kitchen. Main bed light fluctuated on and off. All else was great - nice to eat outside - supermarket close by - would be great to have wi fi. Renting via ferrata in falcade very expensive so we did it from cortina. Big hike from house was wonderful. all in all a great stay - advice would be to have a welcome brochure with just a few basics of the house but no complaints. great trip and Holliday - many thanks

Falcade hat uns gut gefallen wir schƤtzten die Grosse kinderfreundliche spielplatzanlage und die schƶne Naturlandschaft.Falcade ist ein guter Ausgangsort fĆ¼r verschiedene Touren und traumhafte TƤler.die Unterkunft war nicht sehr sauber und die kĆ¼che schlecht eingerichted auch der dampfabzug hat nicht funktioniert.die kommunikation mit dem Betreiber hat nicht so gut funktioniert und auch die BettwƤsche wurde nicht wie abgemacht bereitgestellt.wir mussten in unseren SchlafsƤcken schlafen.

Alles in Allem war die Unterkunft fĆ¼r einen Urlaub gut eingerichtet, es fehlte prinzipiell an nichts. Wir haben uns in der Gegend sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt, darum gings ja hauptsƤchlich. Es mĆ¼ssten allerdings doch die nƶtigen Reparaturen an der Dusche ( Dichtungsgummi kaputt, dadurch Probleme beim Ɩffnen und SchlieƟen der TĆ¼r), sowie der kaputten Mikrowelle behoben werden. Die Reinigung sollte auch grĆ¼ndlicher durchgefĆ¼hrt werden, das Geschirr war von den VorgƤngern nicht sehr ordentlich gereinigt worden und Haare auf den Matratzen sind etwas unangenehm..

Le grand beau temps fait apprƩcier la terrasse.
Soyons prĆ©cis, il nā€™y a quā€™une chambre et tout au plus la surface intĆ©rieure fait 34 m2. Autrement tout est fonctionnel, lā€™Ć©quipement de la cuisine est minimaliste mais suffisant, dans la salle dā€™eau la douche est vraiment Ć©troite. Pour lā€™Ć©tĆ© la petite terrasse arrange bien les choses, petit dĆ©jeuner agrĆ©able dehors au soleil levant et les repas du soir. La place de parking en box en sous-sol est un plus.

Appartamento esattamente come da descrizione. Piccolo ma molto funzionale per 4 persone dotato di tutti i comfort essenziali. Posizione appena fuori dal centro ma raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5 minuti.

Piccolissima e un po' confortevole
Zona, struttura e rifiniture interne molto belle, ma la casa ĆØ molto piccola, adatta per non piĆ¹ di 2 persone, mentre noi eravamo in 5... Alcune situazioni hanno reso poco confortevole il soggiorno, come la tavoletta del WC rotta, il divano inutilizzabile, c'erano 3 cucchiai in tutto (abbiamo mangiato la minestra col cucchiaino), la doccia parecchio stretta... Per fortuna abbiamo un ottimo spirito di adattamento, e il luogo e la neve ci hanno fatto sopportare i disagi. Per contro materassi molto comodi, ci si dorme veramente bene, ottimo il riscaldamento, la zona bellissima a pochi passi dal centro e dai negozi e sulla strada per il Passo San Pellegrino. Avremmo voluto avere un referente sul posto, magari per avere informazioni, ma ci siamo arrangiati senza problemi
