We specifically booked this hotel for the pool and they pool was out of service without prior warning. There isn't a lot to do in Fallon so a day at the pool was our plan for entertaining our kids, it was a very bad surprise when we showed up and they didn't have a pool we could use.

Pretty nice
Initially when pulling in, this place looked old, but we were surprised when we opened the door to our room. It was almost completely remodeled. It wasn’t complete yet, they are still in the process of finishing the room remodels - it needed a new shower, but the water pressure was amazing with the massaging shower head, especially after a long drive. The carpets were all replaced with LVP flooring (refreshing), and a new sink and faucet added a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable. They recommended a particular restaurant for dinner. We tried it out and were not disappointed at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were friendly but property is very dated. We could hear everything in room above us, breakfast was minimal and they were out of most things at 8:30am. Parking was easy, ok location but would not stay here again.

The property does look like an old motel, the lady up front was very nice and helpful. The pool had been out of commission for a while. The treadmill didn’t work and the stationary bike seat was loose The rooms were updated and the beds were comfortable

The property looked like motel 6. However, the bed sheet and pillows seemed clean, and that's satisfied me. Otherwise, Best western is going the hills. I won't consider to book rooms in the future with Best Western.

We specifically booked for the pool. We were not notified the pool was closed until check in. The room was VERY loud. You could hear every conversation from outside, when our "neighbor" turned on their faucet it made loud noises in our room. ALL night loud noises.

Check in was quick and easy, lady who greeted us was very informative and helpful. She suggested a restaurant for dinner and had cookies in the lobby for guests. Our room was clean and spacious, no noise from any other rooms or the surrounding area. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but nice to have available. Was located close to a grocery store, gas stations and restaurants.
