Condition of hotel is poor in general ice machine broken, not maintained on exterior, hotel looks tired and worn. Check in pushed to the maximum, staff was pleasant. Would never stay there again.

Even though it’s “remodeled”, our bathroom was full of mold around the tub edge. Edge of pool is also filthy. Could be so much nicer….

Room was a great size, plenty of room for our family of five. Staff was awesome very helpful and responsive to my questions/issues. Biggest complaint by far was the pool, it was disgusting. The pool is indoors and the room was unbearably hot but that wasn’t the worst part. The pool it itself was not taken care of, the water was cloudy, the floor was slimy, and there were clumps of hair inside and around the pool. In all honesty if they maintained the pool the hotel would be so much better.

Our room was not cleaned when we checked in so we had to switch rooms. The person working the front desk was great, professional, friendly and very helpful. But overall the property is dated. The water was empty in the workout area. The updates to the lobby seemed nice. But the rooms need work.

When I complained that the sink wouldn’t empty and I was ready for bed, because there was only one person on duty, it took a long time to come and then yelled, I mean, Yelled, at me for wanting her to come quickly. I had to close the door on her that she was so rude and abusive. I would never go back to that hotel.
