It’s a motel, with doors to the rooms that lead right outside, however I felt very safe there. The room was updated very nicely and impeccably clean! The location is also fantastic, you can walk to all the stores on the main road in downtown Falmouth, and there’s a Dunkin’ donuts with a drive thru right across the street from the hotel also.

Very nice hotel. It is old, but the room was modern, clean, functional, and nicely decorated. Check-in was very fast. The wifi worked without any problems.

The rooms are very clean and decorated nicely. Linens were clean and very nice.The toiletries were amazing, even makeuo remover wipes!!! Nice sized refrigerator, tv, ac. All of these worked well! I would definately stay there again!

This would have gotten a higher rating except for the outside, which looked like an old mediocre motel as you drive in. Pool surrounded by a chain link fence. However, the room was spacious, cheerfully appointed with nice details, including seaside themed light switches, coverlets, etc. Missing a safe. Reasonably priced in an expensive area.

There were several restaurants and unique shops within walking distance of the motel. The ocean was also within walking distance (one mile). It was very clean, no one was noisy, and the pool was nice for relaxing in the sun. (The best part was a coffee shop just a 5 minute walk up the street.)

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spacious, so clean and comfortable, with a good sized fridge, coffee and tea maker, and toiletries. We appreciated the pool and all the floaties, fun after a day at the beach. The location was convenient, and the rooms were quiet at night despite being so close to 28. Would definitely book again.
