We have stayed here quite a few times over the past few years. The pool is great for kids and I like the lobby bar for relaxing in the evening without having to leave the property. Everything is always very clean and the bathrooms are very nicely upgraded with rain shower heads. The suites have loads of room and the TVS are smart TVS so you can log into your own streaming services. Comfortable beds and lots of pillows provided. The staff isn’t super friendly. Questions are usually met with bored stares and I when I asked to for linens for the pull out sofa on our last visit I got a big sigh and waited for a while before they were delivered. Overall love this hotel and would book again.

Staff was incredibly helpful, both messaging ahead of time to get us an accessible room, and also in person for check-in/out and allowing us an hour late checkout. Kids loved the pool/waterslide. Would visit again.
