Had to wait to check in, our room stand like smoke. And when brining it to the staff attention she said “ what do you want us to do for you “. Evening staff was rude around the pool. Told us to get out when it was not even 11 o’clock yet.

Meh.
The hotel rooms leave much to be desired. They need updated and a deep clean. Obvious water damage in the bathrooms. Staff was phenomenal. The pool needed updates. Slides need fixing, left bruises on kids. You get what you pay for. Cheap rates, so expectations were met.
