Quiet, centrally located neighborhood. Convenient for sightseeing, hiking and restaurants. Toured Aztec ruins, went Arch hunting, visited Navajo Dam and did birding along the Animas Riverwalk.

Beautiful home and exactly what we needed for the two days if long stay may not be for you as does not have a back yard but looks like there working on that Also would recommend getting better pots and pans as cooking breakfast didn’t go as planned but coulda been avoided if we looked and just Doorddashed Overall great price and beautiful home will stay again if we go

The house is in a perfect location for accessing downtown Farmington as well as the highways for exploring the surrounding areas. It was especially well stocked compared to most rentals with a generous number of blankets and thoughtful kitchen supplies such as a coffee machine with multiple flavors. Tim was immediately responsive to all questions and exceptionally accommodating. We'll absolutely stay here again when visiting Farmington.
