This newly constructed cabin features accommodations for 6 guests, gorgeous wood accents, large windows that overlook beautiful Meadow Run and a decorative wood fireplace. Just minutes from Ohiopyle State Park! Features a beautiful wooden deck perfect for lounging and listening to the babbling stream nearby, Outdoor Fire Pit, and a smaller private deck that extends from the master bedroom! A fully furnished kitchen, a spacious living room with high ceilings and beautiful windows are perfect for entertaining and enjoying relaxing evenings together after a fun-filled day. The interior features an extremely large and open living and dining area with large flat screen TV, DVD Player & TV Service. Relax and enjoy the included Wireless Internet connection on the reclining leather couch and love seat combination. Upstairs is an immaculately designed loft with one queen bed and beautiful view of the living space via the balcony, as well as a window to let sunlight stream into the room. The main level features two bedrooms, each with Queen Beds and large windows. One bedroom features a private deck attached. The large and open kitchen with bar / island designed into the dining space is a welcome retreat from the cramped space of a typical rental or hotel room. This property is dog friendly. Beautiful property, perfect setting, very clean.
You could literally smell the cleanliness of the property when you walked in the door. It was definitely a home away from home. The setting was very relaxing. We plan on using this location again.

Relaxed hiking weekend
Stayed at the Cottage on Meadow Run for a relaxed weekend with a friend to enjoy some hiking and the beautiful scenery in the area. You could not ask for a better location. The cottage was easy to find and access and the setting was beautiful. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the hot tub which was heating up and ready to go on our arrival. Furnishings were comfortable and the WiFi was reliable. I will likely stay here again as I love visiting the area to access Ohiopyle State Park and more. We could not find the remote to operate the Blu-Ray/DVD player, but this didn't impact our stay as we were mostly out enjoying the area. A note for future guests: many vacation rentals have a cuppboard or cabinet full of misc spices and food supplies left by other guests as a kind of back-up pantry. Not so here! Be sure you bring everything you need if you intend to cook--but don't fret, there are stores and nice restaurants very nearby as well.

Lovely Cottage
It was beautiful, clean and convenient to main attractions (Ohiopyle, Fallingwater, Kentuck Knob and wineries). We loved it and felt at home. We'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a short stay
Everything was clean and communication was great with property owner. It’s a cottage, so not huge, but was perfect for my family of 6 to stay for a night. Plus, the hot tub was already heating up for us to enjoy when we arrived!

Fell in Love
My teenagers and I really enjoyed our stay during their spring break. But we all agreed that it was too short and we want to go back this summer. The beds were super comfortable and everything was provided for us during our stay. There was very little we needed to bring with us. And for anything we forgot, there was a store just a 3-minute drive away. We really loved that we were able to bring our two dogs with us too. There were so many dog friendly trails for us to walk on within a short drive. We fell in love with the Laurel Highlands during this trip and can't wait to return!

Perfect for a ladies trip. Hot tub jets did not work. We didn’t try to contact owner due to snow/weather. Would suggest to add potholders, as we had to use a hand towel to take hot food out of oven.

Property and location were real nice. only issue I had was the TV. it was hung too high, right above the fireplace. I always travel with a gizmo to plug into the TV so I can get all my services, but could not do that here. minor thing, not enough to deduct a star.

Perfect end of summer getaway
Our family of 4 spent 3 nights at the cottage before back to school. The kids loved the creek, and we all enjoyed the unique rocks, especially sitting on the huge flat one by the campfire. Some plantings along the road light be nice to shield the view, and it wojld be great if the wifi worked on the deck/porch. Easy drive into Ohiopyle. All in all a great stay.

Great family time with my sons at the Orvis flyfishing school at the Nemincollin resort nearby. The cabin and amenities were great for the three of us.

My Family and I really Enjoyed this property. It was peaceful being able to listen to the sound of the creek. Very warm and comfy cabin. And can’t complain for the price at all. My wife and I enjoyed the hotub under the night sky as well. Overall great place. Stores and gas stations right down the road.

Peaceful Easy Feeling
This was the best little weekend retreat for me & my friends. We were all so impressed with the overall cleanliness of the cabin and the attention to small details. With the sound of the creek and view from the walls of windows, this was the perfect atmosphere for some much needed rest and relaxation. We will definitely be staying here again…maybe as soon as this summer. I give the highest recommendation for this property!

Great Birthday Getaway
We decided to celebrate our daughter’s birthday here and we’re so happy we did. The cottage was perfect! We lit a fire and enjoyed the sound of the babbling brook. The hot tub was so nice and relaxing. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare breakfast and snacks. Each room having a TV gave everyone a chance to spend some time relaxing on their own for a few hours. It was too cold to enjoy the fire pit or use the grill, but we did bundle up and sit on the porch for a little in the evening just enjoying the view and sounds of the stream. Lovely birthday getaway.

This is a nice, cozy, peaceful place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle.
I booked this property because my partner wanted a relaxing birthday and it lived up to his standards! I enjoyed my stay here, it was very peaceful the home is as described and shown in the pictures and the host was responsive to my issues and needs. The stream behind the house was very beautiful and relaxing to listen to and watch with the coziness of the fire place. The house was very clean and had everything we needed far as cook wear and laundry. The only downside to staying here is the wifi if you need to contact anyone the wifi is not the best and if you plan on staying here during the winter be prepared to have to deal with mountain weather the cabin took a little while to warm up inside even with the fireplace being lit and there are no curtains or blinds in the living areas so you could see right into the home. Overall I would stay here again because I like the peaceful and coziness of the home.

Girls Getaway
We did enjoy the location which is surrounded by a beautiful creek which is fed by the Youghiogheny River. The property itself was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking needs. The hot tub was very clean and a perfect temperature. The main TV in the living room was too difficult to figure out, however each bedroom has a TV. Our only complaint was not having the ability to check in prior to 4:00 pm and having to check out by 10:30 am , otherwise be charged another $50 +. For the price per night it seems we should have had a bit more leeway. But all in all a memorable and enjoyable time!

Nice lil cabin in the woods, creek and hot tub
Nice lil cabin in the woods. Clean and nice comfortable beds and bedrooms. Hot tub jets still only works on one side. Broken light switches and lights out and broken microwave handle, other than the lil stupid things all good as we explored most of the stay. Fire pit was nice to have one we found d some local firewood. Even with the work not good service so plan ahead where you are headed before hand
