This property is managed by a private host, not a professional engaged in trade or business. Guests must contact this property in advance to reserve high chair. This property only accepts cash. On-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited. This property uses solar energy. Long-term renters welcome. For guests' safety, the property includes a carbon monoxide detector, a smoke detector, a first aid kit and window guards in all accommodation. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative COVID-19 test result, or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 18 and over, and the test must have been administered no more than 48 hours prior to check-in.

• All guests (including children) need to be present at check-in to show their government-issued photo ID or passport.

• The seasonal pool will open in April and close in October.
