It is a 5 minute walk into the historic town of Faversham where you will find the famous shepherd neame brewery offering tours. You have a large choice of shepherd neame pubs or micro pubs. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, including Mexican, Indian, Chinese Thai, and a kebab restaurant. Faversham is historic not only for its brewery but for its fishing lakes, markets, gunpowder works, and bird watching down harty ferry.
