A bit run down. Sent an access number that did not work. Information provided by Experian did not match actuality . We were told breakfast started at 6 30 but on arrival this turned out to be 8 bought two breakfasts that were not used

It sounds like we've unintentionally turned your stay into a comedy of errors, and for that, we're truly sorry.Apparently, our access number decided to take a day off and play hide-and-seek. And the breakfast situation? Well, it seems , you did not understand good information, because is on the web site of Expedia-Week : Monday to Friday 6:30/9:30 - You arrive Friday, hours change, and our personnal give to you the good information- you take the decision reserve breakfast, we are not at fault if you didn't undestand-On a more serious note, we want to assure you that we're diving headfirst into fixing these hiccups. The staff were really nice and helpful. I stayed at the Brit hotel for a week while I was visiting someone at the hospital nearby.

Disappointing
Posted 1 Jan. 2022 on HotelsThey took full payment in advance although selected pay at property and when checked in couldn't find out booking so had to repay. Took over 2 weeks to get refunded.
Bed also uncomfortable.
One positive was the man that booked us in spoke very good English and did all he could to help.

Dear customer, On the booking platform, it is specified that a deposit of € 60 is requested. We bloqued this on 12/17/2021. The receptionist released the deposit on the day of your departure, i.e. 12/18/2021 (8:52 a.m.) and gave you the ticket explaining that you had to give it to your bank to speed up the release procedure: It is therefore your bank which took two weeks to release the money in your account. The owner of the hotel is not involved- Happy new year, and come soon again !

Cheap and cheerful
Posted 31 Oct. 2021 on HotelsVery functional stay on our road trip through France to Germany. The appearance is ugly but once inside it is perfectly fine. Black out blinds and very quiet so had a good sleep. Don’t expect much but perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep.

Clean and quiet place
Posted 29 Jul. 2020 on HotelsThis is a clean and quiet hotel near a shopping mall and gas station. Very convenient for overnight stay. Clise ro the motorway. Pleasant staff. The room has the usual amenities. Modern bathroom. Would stay there again.

Clean and comfortable
Posted 15 Jul. 2019 on HotelsThis place is hidden in an area near shopping malls and service stations, but overall a very quiet spot. Ideal to spend a night on your trip to or from the UK. Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet and helpful staff.

Cheap. Close to Motorway. Able to check in after midnight off a late eurotunnel. Stayed overnight on trip to alps
