Staff was very rude they basically said that I couldn’t extend my stay because I never let housekeepers in when I was in the room the whole time with my service animals. They also tryna say I didn’t pay a pet fee when I have two service dogs I had showed their ids when I had checked in on aug 29. Now their manager said I can’t extend my stay because I never let housekeepers in my stay ( I was in my room the whole time ) . They also told me why I’m making a big deal I could go stay somewhere else and they were threatening to call the cops on me because I was arguing with them about my extended stay that I had paid for .

The room.was clean and the staff were great. The complaints I had were with other guests being very loud and obnoxious long into the night. The staff,once made aware of the situation had got them to tone things down.
