Desk staff were very prompt and helpful as well as very polite. I wish I could say the same about housekeeping. There was food left in the fridge by the previous people and the second day, I came in to my room to see a bag of trash left on the room desk by housekeeping.

I reserved an accessible room but these rooms are not it is partially ADA. I got this hotel room here with the idea of being able to take a shower but unfortunately I was not able to. There was no shower chair in the room and they do not have any in the hotel. There is not much space around the bed either. This place cannot say they have accesible rooms. The other thing is their continental breakfast is very poor. Our experience was very disappointing.

The people at the front desk were very friendly and professional. Our room was clean and updated. I really appreciate their efforts to keep the facility non-smoking. The free breakfast is very simple so plan accordingly.

Even though we made reservations on 2/1/24 to ensure that we had a room when our granddaughter graduated from college on 5/11/24, when we arrived we were told that our reservation had been cancelled. There were 15 people ahead of us and 3 after us in line that they had cancelled their rooms as well. We had already paid through Expedia, along with the hotel booking protection insurance, and were without a room. We had no refund and no room! This is an outrage! NEVER book at Super 8 Wyndham in Fayetteville, AR.

THIEVING LYING NASTY CHEATS
The hotel scammed me and 20 plus other families that booked this hotel way in advance. NONE of us using your service for reservations was provided a room. We in turn had to book another hotel an hour away at a much higher last minute rate. I have already disputed my charges because I will not be charged. Already your phone numbers do not provide a way to speak with anyone to resolve these issues, since Expedia took over. They had good HUMAN customer service prior to Expedia. There was definitely something under handed and unscrupulous about this owner. He "wasn't available" on the busiest weekend of the year in Fayetteville. If you suffered from this situation call Wyndham corporate and report this hotel and the owner. File a grievance ASAP. This experience ruined our family experience on our son's graduation weekend because his grandfather needed often to be in a hotel during downtime, however that hotel was now an hour away. Some events he could not attend because the driving back and forth can be difficult on elderly people also. This owner is a nasty, hateful, disgusting, person that created a fraudulent and illegal scam to gain more money by cheating customers and hotels.Com out of their money. This needs to be researched ASAP.
