Rude staff (shouted at for daring to ask why the room was not ready when they said it would be, even though I was with a 10 month old baby), dirty rooms (including rusty bathroom ) which are cleaned sporadically. Very bad quality of breakfast. Room keys which constantly stop working.

Very disappointing stay
I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions up to a few years ago, I returned this year it was not a good experience. The staff were unfriendly, no name badges, The food in the dining room was of poor quality. The corridors were filthy and need to be vacuumed. The room was spotless. The house keeping staff friendly and helpful. There are not enough staff working in reception. You have no business in this hotel if you only speak English. Hardly any information provided in English. There is no late check out. No changing room to shower if you have a late flight, I was told “change in the toilet” The only plus for this hotel is that it is almost on the beach, Cala Marsal beach is beautiful as is Porto Colom. Porto Colom is the most relaxing place in the world but stay somewhere else not Cala Marsal

Je ne sais pas si c’est souvent ainsi mais pour nous, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas du tout dans notre chambre. À part ça, c’est un hôtel très bien situé pour la plage et les quelques délicieux restaurants à 5 minutes de marche

+ rent og fint hotel + fint bassengområde og veldig nære strand + veldig god frokost med godt utvalg + en del restauranter og supermarked i umiddelbar nærhet + forskjellige aktiviteter man kan delta på som yoga og pilates og underholdning på kveld kjøleskapet vårt fungerte ikke men, men det kom to stk med et nytt kjøleskap som de monterte og vasket innen 10 minutter innen vi sa fra Anbefales å ha leiebil så man kan utforske flere plasser på øya da det er veldig mange fine plasser å se. Ingen problem med parkering da de har to parkeringsplasser pluss en uendelig lang gate der man kan parkere

Muy buena experiencia
Super bien, el hotel no es muy moderno, pero esta bien mantenido y con muchas comodidades. La atención muy buena, la recepción con sonrisa y en la barra conocimos a Barbara q nos atendió súper bien y con una sonrisa siempre. Muy buena estancia. Ahh, y además fuimos con nuestra pequeña perrita y me dieron muy buena bienvenida. Gracias!!

Het hotel is groot en wat verouderd. Locatie goed als je rust verkiest. Zwembaden proper en op wandelafstand van het strand. Wat wat tegensloeg is het restaurant (veel lawaai). Warm buffet was lauw of bijna koud. Vrij smaakloos ook. Bij HP moet je je drank bijbetalen. Geen youghurt bij het ontbijt enkel en chemische kleurvolle kwark. Eveneens charcuterie afgestemd op duits publiek( veel worst) en geen lekkere spaanse specialiteiten. Receptie en kamerdienst was perfect.

Die Zimmer sind schon sehr abgewohnt, aber sauber. Der Speisesaal /Restaurant sind schon neu und modern. Das Essen ist vielfältig und gut. Der Poolbereich und der Strand sind toll. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut angemessen.
