Margarita Cas Concos is a former farmhouse, built on a rural village property with 3 houses near the small village of Cas Concos.
The house is built and furnished in traditional country style. From the entrance you enter directly the open living room. The kitchen has a dining table and access to the terrace. Furthermore, the EC has a bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite. The other two bedrooms, each equipped with 2 single beds, are located upstairs and share a bathroom. On the terrace there is a covered BBQ dining area. There is an outside bathroom with toilet and shower and a laundry room with washing machine. A little higher behind the terrace of wirklcih beautiful pool area begins with lawns. The pool has a size of 12 x 5 meters splendid swimming fun. Since the range of some steps can be reached and fenced, you can use to request the gate as a child safety for smaller children.

Property was spotlessly clean, well equipped and great central location. Owner lived in adjacent property and was very friendly, welcoming and accomodation. Only downside was the mosquitos were in abundance, probably to be expected in the depths of the countryside.

This is a large house. With a big kitchen and huge pool. Remote location is very quiet and not overlooked. Recommended.

Schöner Urlaub
Der Urlaub in der Finca war schön, vor allem wegen des grossen Pools. Innen ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommem, aber da man sich ja eher draussen aufhält, ist das nicht so schlimm. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war super als wir ekn Problem hatten wurde sich zügig gekümmert.

Haus und Lage war sehr gut. Pool hat eine sehr schöne Größe, mit breiter Treppe, die hineinführt. Tiefe vorne gut für Kinder (1m) und hinten 1’90 - abfallend. Gemütlicher überdachter Aussensitzbereich. Ausreichend großes Gelände zum Aufenthalt im Freien. Parken direkt vor dem Haus. Innenbereich: großes Schlafzimmer im Of, weiteres Schlafzimmer im Og. Bad mit dadewanne, 2 Waschbecken und Toilette, sowie offener Bereich mit 2 Sofas. Unten: weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Bad, Wohnzimmer und Küche. Alles ausreichend alles vorhanden. Eigentümerin wohnt nah, versorgte uns mit selbst angebauten Gemüse. Sehr nett und freundlich. Alles bestens. Wir kommen gerne wieder.Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Tolle Finca für Familien mit Kindern
Wir haben den Urlaub in der Finca sehr genossen. Für Familien ist die Finca optimal. Leider erfolgte die angegebene Zwischenreinigung nicht. Es gibt aber eine Waschmaschine, sodass die Reinigung der Handtücher möglich war. Margarita war sehr sehr lieb und es gibt sogar ein paar Tiere, die besonders für die Kinder interessant waren.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub
Die Unterkunft war top. Da wir super Wetter hatten, haben wir die meiste Zeit draussen verbracht. Der Pool lädt zum verweilen ein, wir haben immer unser Apero am Pool gemacht. Haben das Frühstück und das Abendessen draussen auf der Terasse oder beim Grillhaus eingenommen. Wir haben die Ruhe und die ländliche Umgebung sehr genossen. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet. Die Betten sind okay.. Die Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wunderschöne Finca/Bauernhaus bei Santanyí
Wir haben 9 Tage mit 4 Personen hier verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man Santanyí in 10 Minuten. Die Traum-Strände der Süd-Ost-Küste erreicht man ebenfalls in 15-20 Minuten. (Llombards, Cala Santanyí, Mondrago, S‘Amarador, S‘Almundia und Es Trenc). Das Anwesen hat einen wunderschönen großen Poolbereich mit Blick auf die Berge. Es lohnt sich um 7.00 Uhr aufzustehen um den herrlichen Sonnenaufgang zu genießen! Das Haus selbst ist einfach eingerichtet, jedoch geräumig und sauber. Auch die Küche / Aussenküche sind mit allen Nötigen ausgestattet. Einziges Manko - es gibt zu wenig Handtücher. Leider hat es auch einige Tage lang gedauert bis wir Nachschub bekamen. Pooltücher sind gar nicht vorhanden. Das kennen wir so normalerweise nicht von unseren vielen Finca-Aufenthalten zuvor. Sollte dringend vom Vermieter überdacht werden.... Dennoch - unbedingt empfehlenswert für Familien und alle, die die Insel von ihrer ursprünglichen und natürlichen Seite erleben und genießen möchten....

Eine sehr versteckte aber ruhig gelegene Finca mit großzügigem Garten.
Wir haben 1 Woche im Oktober in der Finca verbracht. Sie entspricht den Fotos. Die Küche ist spartanisch eingerichtet aber mit allen nötigen Sachen für nicht aufwendiges Kochen ausgestattet. Die Finca war sauber, das obere Badezimmer etwas alt (Wasser kam nur langsam und mit wenig Druck aus der Leitung). Zu Beginn hatten wir nur kaltes Wasser im oberen Bad, ein Tag später kamen die Handwerker und haben das Problem behoben. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir auch sofort weitere Handtücher da bei regnerischem Wetter die Handtücher kaum trocken wurden. Bäcker, kleine Supermärkte und sogar einmal in der Woche ein Obst und Gemüsemarkt sind fussläufig in ca. 10min erreichbar. Generell braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Es ist ein altes Haus, was man bei schlechtem Wetter auch gemerkt hat (hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, schnell kühl und einmal hat es leider während eines Platzregens trotz geschlossen Fenstern reingeregnet). Da wir leider eine etwas regnerische Woche hatten, fanden wir die Finca nicht besonders geeignet um sich im Haus aufzuhalten. Die Fenster sind sehr klein und es ist sehr dunkel sobald die Haustür geschlossen ist. Man hat keinen Ausblick durch die Fenster in den Garten. Die zwei Sofas und ein Sessel waren für 6 Personen etwas eng. Bei schönem Wetter sehr zu empfehlen. Sauberer gepflegter Pool, unterdachter Grillplatz und großer Essplatz am Pool mit einem Sonnenschirm. Sonnenliegen ohne Liegenauflagen aber mit Handtüchern bequem. Allem in allem ein alte Finca die nicht aufwendig ausgestattet ist und für Sommerurlaube ein schönes Feriendomizil ist.

Sehr schöne top gepflegte Finca
Die Finca befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend mit Schafe, Hähne, Ziegen und einer kleinen Katze als Nachbarn daher konnten wir uns wirklich ausruhen und erholen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig mit mehr als genugende Stellfläche. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Als uns ein Kochlöffel und Schleifstein fehlten, wurden sie sofort von der netten Hausbesitzerin besorgt. Die Senora hat täglich die Pflanzen und Wiese bewässert, den Pool regalmäßig gereinigt und mit frischen Wasser gefüllt. Alle paar Tage wurden alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausgetauscht und die Finca geputzt. Supermärkte (Hiper, Spar, Lidl, Eroski, usw) und gute Restaurants sind in der Nähe mit Felanitx und Santanyi um der Ecke. Im Ganzen und Großen eine tolle Zeit bei dieser Finca. Wir waren alle (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) begeistiert von dieser Finca und würden sofort erneut buchen aber für drei Wochen anstatt 12 Tage.
