Stylish three bedroom, two and a half bathroom two story house across the street from deeded Hutchins Lake access and dock -- features include indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, a dock, and parking for three cars. Perfect for family or friends getaways year-round. Enjoy spectacular sunrises, all-day fun on the water (bring your boat) and nighttime stargazing, just minutes from town.

This home is located in a quiet area with friendly neighbors and beautiful sunrise views. The sandy bottom lake is great for fishing, boating, kayaking and paddle boarding.

A short drive from the house are multiple wineries, highly rated restaurants, shopping, farmers markets, orchards and the charming towns of Fennville, Douglas, Saugatuck and South Haven.
