Considero uma avaliação positiva.
Quarto novo com ar condicionado, tv, armário, cama e um pequeno sofá. Muito limpo e organizado. Cozinha compartilhada com diversos acessórios. Hospedagem sem portaria. Você fica com a chave de acesso a hospedagem. O local é próximo ao comércio. As colaboradoras da limpeza são super simpáticas e atenciosas. Só uma observação: se você optar por Hotels no intuito de parcelar, que faça pelo aplicativo, pois o proprietário NÃO parcela, mas se você insistir, até consegue, no entanto ele acrescenta um valor para parcelar.

Gostamos pelo valor que pagamos em um destino como Noronha. O banheiro estava pingando e molhando bastante ao tomar banho, mas foram detalhes que não atrapalharam nossa estadia. Gostamos da cozinha equipada que foi muito útil para realizar nosso café da manhã.

A localização da pousada é excelente, próxima a um mercadinho (fecha às 20h), então facilitou na hora de comprar comida, fica perto da Vila dos Remédios e da Praça Flamboyant - locais com restaurantes, gelateria e afins. A cozinha era muito bem equipada. A pousada não tem recepção, para nós isso não foi um problema. Poderia ter um travesseiro a mais, ajudaria a ficar um pouco mais confortável.
