As a start they forgot to pick us up from the airport. We waited there 30 minutes, meanwhile no one was answering our messages on WhatsApp even though I’ve had communication with them before and provided all the info they needed. We took a taxi and didn’t even receive an apology at the check in. The most overpriced hotel I’ve seen. The pool from the picture doesn’t even get close to reality and how small it is. 0 privacy in the rooms, all terraces are next to each other. Food was absolutely horrible at dinner, we were so afraid to repeat and we never had breakfast there even though it was included, so have no idea what the breakfast looked like. They were looking for buggy for us for 2 days and couldn’t find. Gave us a car for 100$ a day and we found a buggy immediately and rented one. Pool was dirty with bad service. Absolutely no internet other than the lobby. They gave us usernames and passwords that appeared as incorrect and told them this over a hundred times. On the 4th day they gave us another one that was working but with NO internet. No idea why they say they provide this, when they don’t. The toilet was broken, we had to use the pool restrooms the first day and no one came to fix it, after waking up the second day still no working toilet, they said they will send somebody, that happened at night on the second day!!! This place may work for 80$ a night or something but not for the ridiculous prices that they charge!!! Definitely will not recommend to anyone I know!!!

Esperava mais! Avisei que estava comemorando aniversário de 45 anos e não houve nem um parabéns, cartinha ou mimo. Em todos os estabelecimentos onde eu comemoro aniversário, sempre foram gentis e nesse caso, ignoraram completamente aquele que era o motivo da viagem! O Wi-Fi não funcionou no quarto e o AR condicionado fazia barulho e pingava. A banheira externa do bangalô estava cheia desde a minha chegada, o que me desmotivou a usar porque não sei há quanto tempo estava assim, ou se havia sido usada antes ou mesmo se algum animal poderia ter nadado lá!

Fizemos uma viagem em casal e tivemos uma excelente experiência na Pousada Zé Maria. Nós sentimos em casa. Ficamos hospedados no bangalô 2 e foi maravilhoso. Quarto e banheiros enormes, com varanda com hidro de frente p/ o Morro do Pico. Todos os dias recebíamos um agrado no fim da tarde no quarto. A piscina é linda e o restaurante é ótimo. O café da manhã sempre delicioso e com opções de tapioca e ovos feitos na hora. Agradecimento especial ao Flávio, que nos atendia diariamente no café da manhã, sempre com muito carinho e simpatia. A localização da pousada é ótima e nos permite ir aos principais pontos caminhando. Recomendamos e voltaríamos a nos hospedar lá numa próxima vez.

Decepção !
Ficamos num quarto muito pequeno , banheiro mínimo , não dava pra entrar duas pessoas . A vista do quarto era pessima para o corredor , não podíamos abrir as Cortínas , sem a menor privacidade … O jardim da pousada ao redor dos quartos parece abandonado , depósito de lixo no meio do jardim . Ficamos extremamente decepcionados ! A piscina estava com uma montagem que estragou a beleza do lugar … Havia ainda uma obra para fazer banheiros para um evento bem em frente aos quartos com funcionários trabalhando e fazendo barulho logo cedo . O serviço de café da manhã foi o que salvou ! Funcionario muito atencioso ! Bem como a recepção .

O quarto era muuuiiitooo pequeno , banheiro minúsculo , sem arrumação para colocar roupas . A conservação geral do hotel está bem ruim , parece abandonado…. O jardim está cheio de lixo espalhado bem ao redor dos quartos . O ponto positivo foi o atendimento no café da manhã e da recepção . Não voltaria ! A escolha estragou minha viagem !

Ficamos totalmente decepcionados com a pousada Zé Maria . Instalações em pessimas condicoes , jardim abandonado ! A piscina estava cheia de montagens para uma festa que iria acontecer , visual Prejudicado . Obras de montagem de banheiros para uma festa com ruído de equipamentos bem em frente aos quartos . Café da manhã bem servido e atendimento tanto do café quanto da recepção muito atenciosos . Mas parece que não tem ninguém na gestão da pousada … lixo no meio do jardim , vista dos quartos para o local onde acumulam o lixo !

A pousada em sua estrutura de restaurantes e piscina são muito bons,o atendimento por parte de toda equipe os funcionários que fazem a diferença nessa pousada são ótimos! Mais em relação ao ap stantart que ficamos é uma decepção total além do acesso ser por uma escadaria de nem sei como descrever para vocês o quão difícil é subir e descer e ai vem o tamanho do quarto que nem tem como ficar lá dentro a não ser deitado,e o preço pago por esse ap não é nem um pouquinho barato...

Melhor pousada da Ilha
Hospedar no Zé Maria foi uma experiência incrível. Melhor pousada da ilha de Fernando de Noronha. Vc se sente em casa, todos os funcionários são educados, prontos para te atender e sempre com um sorriso no rosto. Sr Paulo e Abi ficam barmam na piscina para proporcionar a tarde ainda mas perfeita. Na recepção a Ana Cláudia sempre pronta para ajudar. Josi com sua equipe de camareiras deixando o conforto sempre 100%.
