I enjoyed my stay overall, my takeaways are the following: 1- The governance lady came into our room under the pretext that she was "checking the phones", I did not beleive it, her interferenence was nosy and inadequate. 2- The cleaning was "OK", missed a day and our towels were taken by mistake. 3- Funny smell in bedrooms. I wanted to give a 3 rating but gave a 4 instead because we overall enjoyed our stay. The hotel was quiet, quick check in.

Great for Geneva Airport
We stayed for 1 night before flying home from Geneva Airport on an early flight the next day. Hotel is well situated in Ferney Voltier, just a 5 minute walk from Central bus stop. The hotel is clean with a new outdoor seating area and bar to the rear, room was spacious with a large comfy bed. Ferney had a great Pizza Restaurant which we ate at. Can't get Uber to come from Switzerland and a taxi was going to be €35 for a 2 mile trip, so we checked out the bus times and there is a free shuttle bus No. A5 operates from 0430-0630 from Ferney Central bus stop, jumped on the 05:07 for out 07:20 flight. Also think the No.60 runs from around the same time. Would highly recommend staying here.

Room wasn’t available until 4 pm which was a shame. Shower leaked all over the floor. Both these things spoiled what was a really nice hotel with great staff.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The location is in a safe, quiet and isolated area. The only issue we had was the sink plug not popping up enough for the water to drain quickly so we just kept taking it off every day our room was cleaned. We told the front desk about it the first night but it didn't get fixed. Not sure if that's just how it's supposed to be. Also no AC so we just kept the window open when the room got stuffy. Luckily we weren't on the 1st floor and it didn't rain hard while we were there.
