The Villa is a splendid property with breathtaking views of the Oued Bourkaiz, 15 minutes from the imperial city of Fes, 20 minutes from the airport Fes Sais and 40 minutes from Meknes.

You will appreciate the peace and quiet of a journey through the tumultuous but fascinating city center.
The region of Fez known for the peaks of the Atlas is ideal for horseback riding, walking motorcycles or quads, through a multitude of trails connecting lakes and Berber villages scattered in the mountains.
You will be welcomed in a comfortable villa with 700 olive trees, 5000 young palms and a large organic vegetable garden,
all on a plot of 2 hectares, caretaker and gardener on site.

Mousstafa est tout simplement gƩnial. Venu nous chercher Ơ l'aƩroport. Il a su nous accompagner tout au long du sƩjour avec gentillesse et affection. EntourƩ d'une super Ʃquipe avec Loubna et Nawel. Superbe maison au milieu de la nature. Beaucoup d'activitƩs au dƩpart de la maison... J'y reviendrai.

Merveilleux ! Un rĆ©el havre de paix, la vue et lā€™emplacement sont Ć  couper le souffleā€¦ Nous y avons sĆ©journĆ© avec ma famille nombreuse et tout Ć©tait parfait. Mustapha nous a trĆØs bien accueilli, il sā€™est montrĆ© trĆØs disponible tout en restant discret. Il nā€™y a aucun vis Ć  vis, la piscine est trĆØs grande (et nettoyĆ© par Mustapha tous les matins) et mĆŖme si nous Ć©tions nombreux, la villa est tellement grande que nous nā€™Ć©tions pas Ć  lā€™Ć©troit. La Villa se trouve dans un trĆØs joli cadre, accessible depuis une route empierrĆ©e. Il est nĆ©cessaire dā€™ĆŖtre vĆ©hiculĆ© pour y rĆ©sider. Elle se trouve Ć  proximitĆ© de lā€™autoroute et dā€™une cimenterie mais le bruit nā€™est pas gĆŖnant. Nous avons apprĆ©ciĆ© la tranquillitĆ©, les champs dā€™oliviers et de palmiers. Dommage que tous les Ć©quipements de la cuisine principale ne soient pas fonctionnels et la machine Ć  laver doit ĆŖtre rĆ©parĆ©e. Un lit bĆ©bĆ© Ć  Ć©tĆ© mis Ć  notre disposition pour notre fils de 1 an. Pour lā€™instant il nā€™y a pas dā€™autre Ć©quipement pour les enfants. Mustapha qui sā€™occupe de lā€™entretien est une prĆ©sence bienveillante. Nous souhaitons de la rĆ©ussite au propriĆ©taire pour la suite de son projet (lodges, centre Ć©questre Ć  proximitĆ©).

Bonjour Nous avons passĆ© un sĆ©jour merveilleux, le cadre Ć©tait juste extraordinaire, la maison vraiment magnifique encore mieux que sur les photos... DĆ©paysement, tranquillitĆ©, ressourcement, libertĆ© sont les sentiments vĆ©cus par toute notre petite famille... toutes les conditions Ć©taient rĆ©unies pour passer un sĆ©jour idyllique : Une maison de rĆŖve dĆ©poser sur un vaste terrain arborĆ© de palmiers, d'oliviers, de plusieurs potagers... avec tous les Ć©lĆ©ment nĆ©cessaires pour pouvoir ce distraire en famille : une grande piscine, un trampoline, des vĆ©los, un barbecue... mais aussi l'Oued Bourkaiz juste en bas de la maison (5 min Ć  pied) pour de jolie balade en famille, avec ferme pĆ©dagogique naturelle car un berger y vit avec tout ses animaux en libertĆ©... Je pourrai encore continuer mais les mots ne pourront pas dĆ©crire notre sĆ©jour paradisiaque !!! Mais mise Ć  part le cadre merveilleux, la grande valeur ajoutĆ© qui a permis Ć  ce que notre sĆ©jour soit incomparable Ć  tous nos nombreux sĆ©jours passĆ©s : c'est la grande gentillesse et gĆ©nĆ©rositĆ© de Mme et Mr Koujan ! nous les remercions infiniment pour leur accueil, leur sympathie et leur gentillesse hors du commun, ils ont toujours su ce montrer disponible pour rĆ©pondre Ć  chacun de nos besoins... Sans oublier de citer le gardien de ce petit palais Mr Mohamed trĆØs sympathique, d'une grande discrĆ©tion et tjs prĆ©sent en cas de besoin...
