Property seemed clean and maintained well. The breakfast options were good and included in stay which was nice. Stayed for 2 nights and room service never cleaned room first night which was disappointing. Had to go to front desk to ask for more towels since room was not cleaned first day and they made me go get the dirty towels and bring them to the front desk before giving me clean towels which was inconvenient considering they should have cleaned the room to begin with. Even with that said, staff was friendly and I would stay there again.

Cleanliness could be better, but spacious room.
Room was nice and bed was very comfortable. The cleanliness was only issue. Had a leftover sandwich from someone else left in the microwave, sink was clogged up, where water would take 5-10 min to go back down, and there was hair in the shower (not from us)

From the moment we walked in the door we realized we picked the perfect hotel. James the desk clerk was delightful. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast bar was by far the BEST we have seen at a hotel. We were down there about an hour before they closed. It was clean, and the ladies were constantly wiping up and refilling the pans. Best hotel we have stayed at in quite a while! Thank you for making our stay for our 5th wedding anniversary so delightful.

Before I paid, I checked the charge as you say check to be sure and your website said $45 at Holiday Inn Findlay. My stay yesterday at LaQuinta which I checked before I paid the correct amount for my dog was$25. After I booked at Holiday Inn, you emailed my I have to pay$75 and they charged me that. You misled the charge for my dog at $45 and I printed that. You owe me $30. There are laws about switching charges after you took my money saying the fee was $45 for my dog which is ridiculous. Then I had to pay75 even after I showed the check the published amount. She said it was your problem. You can’t misrepresent charges. That’s really bad for your reputation .
