Blanco Rapids Ranch Happy House
The Happy House at Blanco Rapids Ranch is a historic farmhouse in a very private and peaceful setting. Happy House has a king bed and optional air mattress for additional guests. The bathroom has a full-size tub/shower combo. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, convection oven and induction burner. The most beautiful place to cook is on the private patio with optional charcoal/propane BBQ grill. There is a table for dining and 2 iron lounge chairs to enjoy.
There is an old stone fireplace near the house that is a stunning place to sit and relax.
The covered porch is perfect to enjoy coffee in the morning with the sunrise coming over the Devil's Backbone ridges. There’s a beautiful lawn surrounding the Happy House and a new dog fenced area with shade for your pup.
Pickleball and Basketball court near entrance.
It is just a short walk to a gorgeous part of the Blanco River.
Please bring river shoes as the concrete slab near the river and the rocks in the river are slippery. Please do not go with bare feet or flip flops.
Please no glass at the river, foam and plastic cups are available for your use.
Happy House is Pet Friendly. Please don't leave pets unattended in the house.
