Located near the base of the San Francisco Peaks, our home is just minutes to both Arizona Snowbowl and historic downtown Flagstaff. Located in one of Flagstaff’s closest neighborhoods to the Grand Canyon! Tons of family-friendly activities, restaurants, great night life and fun just minutes away. Clean, modern, comfortable, safe, and ready for your enjoyment!
The space
The space has a minimalist design to help you feel at home and comfortable. We have provided all necessary appliances, extra blankets, and comfortable furniture hoping to will make our space your home for a few days.
Guest access
Parking is free in driveway and inside the two-car garage. Home can be accessed through the keyless entry on the yellow front door.
Other things to note
** Because we live in the World's largest contiguous Ponderosa pine forest, we often have the luxury of seeing furry friends and critters. We ask that you respect our natural habitat and keep your distance if you do come across an elk, deer, squirrel, etc. We do see skunks from time to time, so we ask that you keep an extra close eye on your dogs and children. Luckily, if you leave skunks alone, they will do the same. If you experience a skunk spray while on our property, please notify us immediately and unfortunately, we must charge you a $500 fine as it will require significant additional cleaning before the next guest arrives. We don't expect this to happen, but just want to be sure we are informing our guests. Please let us know if you have any questions and thank you for understanding!



Additional rules
Dogs:

Small and completely potty trained dogs allowed. Please reach out if you have questions about if your dog(s) are welcome. Please inform us immediately if your dog has any sort of accident. There may be a fee associated if there is damage. Please be honest and let us know asap. Thank you! We also ask that you clean up after your dog, thanks!

Skunks:

Trash and Recycling:

The big trash and recycling cans are to the right of the house (when looking at it) on the paved pad. There is also a small recycling bin in the garage if you would like to recycle during your stay. If you are staying Sunday night, please take the large trash can out to the street. If you are staying Wednesday night, please take the large recycling can out to the street.

Check Out Details:

Please be sure dishes are clean and put away, or in the dishwasher.
Please be sure you take any unused food with you or put it in the trash. Please take trash out before you leave. Big trash can is to the right of the place (when looking at the house) on the paved sidewalk pad. Non-perishable items may stay.

Please leave all dirty/ used beds unmade, no need to strip the sheets.

Please clean up after your dogs and do not leave waste in the yard.
