Quick stop
My husband and I stayed here coming back from our vacation to Montana. It was quiet, close to downtown and within walking distance to a Sunday Farmers Market. It is very close to the train station, but don’t let that detour you. We never heard the train while sleeping. All and all it was a very nice place to stay!

Quick two night stay. Great location. There are a lot of steps but not a big deal. We walked to dinner which was nice. Bed was comfortable and the snow cap mountain in the background is nice to look at in the morning too.

I would like to start off with the positives. The apartment had everything we needed, It was spacious, and the location was good for walking to stores and restaurants. Now for the not so good. Everything seemed real cheap ( picture Ikea furniture that did not match) The floors bounced and no attention to detail. For the price I don't think it was worth it. We rented a house in Prescott a few days later for a little more and got a 2 bedroom ,2 bath house that was beautiful. I hope this is helpful.

Awesome place
We loved our stay. The place was perfect and super cute. Very clean and Dan, the host, is great! We have stayed in another one of their rentals and was just as impressed. Every Flagstaff vacation (my son and grand daughter live there) we will stay at one of Dan's rentals, if available.

Nice place to stay, but apartment got very hot each day when temps in Flag got into 60s. Temperature on thermostat read 82-85 in apartment It was hard to cool down as there was no screen on bedroom window. At least living area had screens and we could get it comfortable enough for sleeping by 10. There were no bowls if one wanted cereal or soup. Kitchen & shower faucets are loose so need attention Easy walk to nice restaurants and downtown

Where’s the view
So staying here was ok. The room was very basic . They say to be quiet after ten yet we could hear them and the dogs. The thing we had a problem with is the outside is nothing like the picture . First the ice build up to park , tires just spinning. Then in the morning there are steep steps going down and every one was icy, slipped on one , luckily close to the bottom. You would think they would take care of that so no one gets hurt. And lastly the porch had a view of the back of apartments that aren’t very nice. You have to look over the edge of the roof to see the observatory and ant San Francisco Peaks. Very disappointed but it was a fair location to do all our hikes and the shops close by were nice.
